Well you do not need to use credits to submit reviews but you are rewarded with credit if you submit

Reviews are meant to give other members more information about a certain series or anime.. Its more of your personal opinion on that series you watch and how would you rate or ETC...
The point of it is more of to gives memebers an idea of what the anime is like... its not really for any credits or whatsever

Oh.... You enter [color=#xxxxxx], type your stuff in, and then put [/color] around whatever you want to say. I can't give you an example because Minitokyo is stupid with this kind of stuff, but if you look at a quote of this post, you can see what I did.

The six digit "xxxxxx" part is the "hex code" of the color you want. "9999ff" is the one I have been using for over a year.(I go to a lot of other forums besides this one, and always use the same color) The first two digits will affect how much red is in your font color, the second two will affect how much green is in your font color, and the last two will affect how much blue is in your font color. It's a similar concept to when you make custom colors in paint, except paint uses a different way to specify the colors.

I hope you understood all that.

Anyway, you don't know have to know how to work hex code to do the codes. Font colors tend to be "web-safe" which means there aren't as many of them, and the codes are easier. You can even find a color in paint and decide to use it for your font.

"Paint" color value = Hex code
0 = 00
51 = 33
102 = 66
153 = 99
204 = CC
255 = FF

Like I said, the color I use is "9999FF", so that means the red value would be "153", my green value would be "153" and my blue value would be "255"

.... Or you could just enter

Code:

	[color=red]

instead. That works just as well, but you don't get as many colors.[/color]

Now, before you actually go try it out, you should know that Minitokyo is really picky about the color codes. For example, if you hit the "enter" key twice, you have to put in your color code all over again. On other forums, you would be able to put in the color code once, and not have to worry about it. (the good news is that you don't always have to type the "/color" part after every paragraph. On other forums you do.)

And don't try capitalizing "color". This site doesn't seem to like that either.
